Operations Director

Cofounder Harry has extensive knowledge and experience in emergency response and casualty care, serving as a Team Lead in the fire service. In addition, he is qualified in rigging techniques for industrial rope access and first responder in water rescue. Harry is dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry standards and practices, with a focus on creating safe systems of work and ensuring a secure working environment.

Operations Director

Cofounder Zoe brings 16 years of experience in the water industry, specialising in contract management, risk assessment, quality assurance, and work involving confined spaces, water, and height. Additionally, she is an operational member at Lowland Search and Rescue. She is committed to working with you to design and implement safe and effective solutions tailored to your business needs.

STEVE

Working at Height and Rope Access Lead

Steve enjoyed 35 years in the Fire Service acting at both operational and strategic roles retiring as Training and Development Manger. He is at the forefront of technical rescue response at a national and local level and specialises in Hazardous Material and Environmental Protection. Steve is also a Mountain Leader and Rope Rescue Instructor.

TROY

Confined Space and Water Rescue Lead

Troy served 35 years in Fire and Rescue and specialises in technical rescue. Troy is a certified instructor in breathing apparatus, confined space, working at height, and water rescue. He has a passion for being on the water and is an advanced powerboat and water rescue instructor.
